This qualification is designed to support the development of registered managers of adult social care services. The qualification provides learners with the knowledge and skills needed to work in adult social care and to have responsibility for leading and managing a service. This will include managing and improving care and support for those accessing the service, supporting and developing the workforce, and driving the vision for their service or organisation.
There are a range of optional units to choose from, enabling you to tailor the qualification to meet your needs and interests.
The course is delivered through group workshops, 1:1 tutorials and a qualified assessor observing you in your workplace.
